What self-care techniques or activities do you do?

I like to run, listen to music, dance, and meditate.

What made you become a therapist?

When I was in therapy myself in high school, it helped me so much that it made me want to become the person who helps people.

What are your specialties?

Queer-related issues, gay men’s issues, and adolescents.

Why do you believe that counseling can help?

Everyone should be able to learn about their emotions and how they relate to them to better themselves. So many people are not emotionally intelligent and that is a concern because people do not know how to appropriately express and interpret their emotions in healthy ways.

Why is it important to seek counseling?

To always check in with yourself and make sure you are attending to your physical and mental health needs.
