Jacqueline Manley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 15 years experience working as a psychotherapist. Jacqueline has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She is experienced in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship concerns, domestic violence, parenting issues, trauma/PTSD, and anger management.

What self-care techniques or activities do you do?

Pampering myself (hair, nails, massages), vacations, and going to church.

What made you become a therapist?
I enjoy listening to others, reading about mental health, and attending trainings to gain new knowledge and skills in this field.

What are your specialties?

I work with a range of issues but I specialize in relationship issues, including premarital and marriage counseling, as well as life coaching.

Why do you believe that counseling can help?

Counseling is a powerful tool available to help individuals feel safe, share thoughts without judgement, and learn to be their best selves. You are the most important tool in every relationship.

Did you have a career before becoming a therapist?

Before becoming a therapist, I was a stay at home mom!

Why is it important to seek counseling?

It is important to seek counseling when people live with more fear then hope. Everyone has the ability to change, to value their self, to be valued and to live life to the fullest. Counseling can help you be and feel your best!
