What self-care techniques or activities do you do?

I spend time in nature, listen to music, and paint.

What made you become a therapist?

It’s a lifestyle, it feels natural to me, and I wanted to help heal others.

What are your specialties?

Complex PTSD, depression/anxiety, and family and couple issues.

Why do you believe that counseling can help?

Everyone needs guidance in their lives to help untangle their life situations.

Did you have a career before becoming a therapist?

I have worked in mental health as an administrator.

Why is it important to seek counseling?

Many issues we face tend to get bigger and more confusing. Counseling gives you clarity and, without help or guidance, many issues become unmanageable. Counseling is never a bad thing, everyone could use some support from time to time.
