I enjoy reading, traveling, exercising, practicing mindfulness and spending time with family, friends and my cat.

I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their full potential.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, working with children and adolescents, life transitions, relationships and occupational stressors.
