Katie Gilly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. Katie has experience with working with adults and couples, primarily couples. Her clinical interests include traditional and non traditional relationships, sexuality, emerging adulthood, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Katie utilizes an integrative, strength-based, and systemic approach which helps promote change within a supportive therapeutic environment. Katie is a Kink, poly friendly and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist. Katie incorporates many therapy models in session such as Emotional Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral, Cognitive Behavior, and Narrative. She focuses on building self-awareness around one’s own story and how it impacts each individual’s daily life.
