Kris Kirilova, LCPC
Kris Kirilova is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in life transitions, professional challenges, stress related anxiety and depression, and self-esteem issues. She enjoys working with diverse clients addressing career transitions and exploration, relationship problems, work-life balance, mid-life crisis, and cultural issues. Kris helps clients to re-connect with their inner voice, clarify values, and gain insight into their situation and patterns. She offers a warm and collaborative atmosphere while supporting clients to grow and make meaningful changes. Kris maintains an integrative approach with a focus on client’s strengths, utilizing solution-focused and cognitive behavior therapies. As a career changer herself, she understands the difficulties with career transitions and demands of today’s workplace. Kris earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University. She completed a practicum at Northwestern University helping college students with work/school adjustments, and continues to work in private group practice.
