She is experienced in working with individuals and families in crisis using strengths-based, solution-focused counseling interventions. Sue’s first objective is to provide a non-judgmental and safe place where clients can focus on concerns ranging from relationship and life transitions to career and workplace issues. She has post-graduate training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for mood and anxiety issues at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Pennsylvania and is a proponent of Positive Psychology, which concentrates on helping people flourish instead of focusing on mental illnesses.
